What are those spots in the background? Strange. I would get rid of them. And you`ve applied too much of sharpening, in my opinion. But the composition and colours make a good one out of this picture.

Well, seems like you`ve captured what you wanted - there`s speed, there`s interesting colours, there`s scenery reflected, it only misses a passenger... Overally good.
