The blur around the edges really kicks this up 12 notches...I want to go there..feel that place. Great work Mark..you have a fantastic eye.

An important photographic series and this is an exceptional photograph, or should be. I have to say, though, that your selective blurring does not work. Perhaps I'm the only one who it bothers, but in a photograph such as this one, which features a very deep depth of field, your blurring manipulation works against the very nature and strength of the photograph. If you want to use blur to focus interest, use a shallow depth of field when taking the photograph. There is no particular magnetic point of interest in this photo: the birdshit is everywhere, bespeaking desolation and desertion. Rgds, Svend

Lovely series! What an interesting place, in every single image u can almost see ghosts or spirits of the people who used to stay or live there, The colors and the worn out effect works really well and adds to the creepy mood 7/7

wooow, great, i like this kind of locations, this place give an impression that the time was standing still...i can see the people there, turning around the chairs, some still sitting about hours on it, some people who are only standing there to cry ...living in their own world, existing only themselves and nobody else....
