Hello Stefan,
thank you for your comment. This pictures with the chair are a privat project from me. I want to make pictures from 10 or 12 different people in front of this canvas with this chair. Only the chair, the canvas and the people. I want to try to make simple portraits from normal real people. I want to try to give me a answer about a question they i have in my mind: can i make a "classic portrait" ? What is my definition from a "classic portrait" ? The chair in this pictures are maybe a last little bridge for the humans in this pictures, maybe a liitle help for holding herself .. i do not know exactly. I make this project now since maybe 4 weeks and it is very interessting for me to read and see what other people think about such photos. I have learned a little bit more with every photo. This is the idea behind "people and a chair".

bryan ..this is a portrait that shows a very young girl , maybe in a "interview" ..). she tells me about her day, what is importand for her, whats are her feelings , what does she like and what not. in this moment for me she is not a "child" , she is a "person" and i have respect for this "person". and that was my idea behind this picture.
