Thank you for your comment and suggestion. I like decentering a lot my subjects and as the lower part was not interesting, I put a lot of this old wall, because I found it had a good structure, attacked by Virginia creeper (what one sadly can't see on this 700 pixels image!).
If I get my cousins to make some pictures again, I'll try a less decentered version and upload it here.

For sure, I was lucky: my cousins were cooperative for about 5 minutes... directly after, a little "clash" happened between two sisters... here's the result!

One more great shot!
Decentering the subject like this is very good. I feel captured by the fireman's look.
Do you maybe have one shot with the eyes at the same heigh, but on the left or right corner?
