Robert are you using PS? if so then do a search for Adobe Gamma and calibrate your monitor. really helped me. I burned your wheel but also bumped up the contrast. IN PS7 you can use the navigator and then balance the picture RBG. meaning you pick a true black put the pointer on it and read out the Red , Blue and Green and try to get them all equal. I joined a photoclub and learned all this. regards and thanks for the comment on mine, I think that shot was unrated and you cheered me up

actually I do watercolours(although I am no Turner) and something about the boats becons me to try. The lighting is great for a photo , well done.

thanks Paul, even experienced aquarist have trouble with coral wars , it is like gardening you need room to grow. IF you group mushrooms they do better, same with xenia (waving hands) zoos too. This Kenya tree is really in no danger however and is thriving. I just posted Tricks as well.

I would expand the shadow in the middle of the flower but excellent colours and crop. Please tell us how you acheived such detail on this macro (what lens did you use and no technical details given) congrats on a marvellous portfolio and national pride in QUebec.
