Great one for you, getting BOP award. This is really a true one for this category. Very well visualized lines and depth.

What great fun shapes, colors and patterns to see. I don't see any competition with the street lamp at all. I do see a great compositon though.

I usually dislike B&W conversions for scenery, I love color!!! The conversion works exceptionally well with this photo. It seems more powerful and the sence of flow strikes one in the face. Much more dramatic. Facinating how one can take one picture and change it so drastically. Don't you just love PS?

Wow Arthur this is awsome. I love the great details!!!! The fact that you caught him with dinner in his mouth is facinating.

Bill some advice please. I am interested in taking pictures of birds. I found a great bird sancturary but my 300mm just does not cut it. How close are you able to get to your subjects? I always seem to scare them away before I get my camera up to my face and the ones that I am not scaring away seem too far away. Any settings that you suggest or techniques would be appreciated. I so very much have a great interest in this subject.

Trust me Ana this cat is very well taken care of, she is always outside rolling around on the ground with our other cat. That is part of her charm. She aways has things hanging off her abnormally long whiskers. Thank you for the concernl. From one cat lover to another.

This looks like a wonderful warm home made quilt. I love all those colors, patterns and textures in this photo, so very rich and inviting.

Where did you go by the way? On a long needed vacation? Hope all is well with you and can't wait for the snow scenes. Take care.

This is a perfect picture for the B&W conversion, making it so much richer looking. Great tones and so full of life. The close up is very well done, especially with her hair framing that beautiful face.

She does look like she is swimming in a pool of liquid gold. Must have a rich boyfriend or something......? She sure looks content. The patterns of the ripples in the water and the reflections sure makes this a awsome catch. Great composition!!!

I really like this photo. I like how the light house is nestled there at the foot of the hill on those rocky craigs. You certianly see the need for the light house at this site. The brightly colored roofs draws ones attention right to them. How very richley colored.

This picture is so aptly named. When I saw why you had named it this way, I did have a "chuckle". What a very unusual floral, one that is quite beautiful in it's odd sort of way. Great detail and blurred background, as to not distract from the spot light of this picture. Very well done!!!
