Beautiful portrait. It's got a very natural feel to it. I like the crop and how we can see the movement of the brush on her chin.

It's a beautiful view and I like the composition. A different one than what we get to see usually in any landscape photos. The mountain ranges takes your eye from the right to the left towards the sun and thats where i think the contrast and color saturation of the sky is a bit on the higher side. The sky for me looks like artificial. just my thoughts though.

Cheers

Peta, good to see your posting again. I like the first version with the wave. It definitely adds to the "violent" theme for the ocean. The dark clouds seem to devour the boats (which seem to be in love). The pic rocks for sure. I would probably subject the pic for a little noise removal, except that, I see a good story in this frame. well done.

nice capture. Gives me a scary feeling. Just feel that the color Saturation is on the higher side.

It's a nice capture. As you mentioned, the one thing that stands out is the expression and I think you should crop it and show exactly that in a larger frame. I made some changes to show what I exactly mean. Hope you don't mind. Would love to see the bigger version of this.

Well done.

Thanks Michael for your comments. I am glad you liked it. I was down at the dirt road. Infact, I had to do a bit of hiking to get to this spot.

beautiful landscape. It's a different way of capturing the mighty grand canyon (we are all tempted to see/post the panaromic view). Nice colors. Thanks for your comments on my post.

Cheers.

beautiful fashion photography. Loved the orange spash all around. Just not sure about the model's expression. She seems uncomfortable.

Wondeful composition and I like the B&W treatment. For me, I find two things that are disturbing. First, The big rock in the foreground seems out of place. It pretty much occupies most of the space and comes out as the main subject of the picture. Second, the white patch in teh sky due to a bit of over exposure I guess.

Just my thoughts though.

Beautiful Self portrait. Very mischevious one. Liked the contrast, the negative space works very well here.

A very nice profile too.

Amazing colors. The plane adds a little more interest to this silent landscape. Nice series of the fields. Are you sure you didn't go to Tuscany?

That's a beautiful moment you ahve captured here susie. I always like to this with small children. I actually see this photograph in a different perspective. It seems as though God has sent this beautiful gift from heaven and the guy catching the baby is more than happy to receive this gift. I think a child is the best gift any human can receive.

Thanks for your comments on my postings, really appreciate it.

NIcely done Stace. I liked the color one. I agree with peta, you should do self portraits sans all the frills.
