Thank you. It wasn't in focus as well as I would have liked, but it was a difficult photo to take as I had to hang partially from a tree to take it.

I think the picture here would have been a tight crop of the father and son fishing or this same composition with some dramatic lighting; either sunrise or sunset.

once I saw your title i knew that you would have some images from the buchart gardens and from Victoria. I have visited twice and thought it the most beautiful city I have ever seen. i stayed at the Empress but never saw this fountain. Not exactly what I would call Victorian but beautifull just the same.

Thank you Allen, I did take a look at your galleries and you have some exceptional photos. Next time I'm in the area, I'll go to that garden with my camera.

While in Canada, I took about 500 photos, about 200-250 were at the Buchardt Gardens. I want to return some day during either the summer or fall to take more photographs.

Best reguards,

Michael

Yes Michael, this is a great spot for beautiful viewing and photo taking. I have been there too and loved it. Another really great garden to visit is Longwood Gardens near Philadelphia. If you have time, see my galleries. I like your color, composition, and use of the foreground. Nice work. Regards, Allen

Thank you. My brother and I took about 30 photos of the sunset that evening. This is one of the two that I like out of the series. Also, this photo was taken while looking up toward the horizon (he lives on a hillside) and those are fence posts next bordering the property next to his.

Beautiful capture Michael, I reallly love the colors and how the electric poes break up the silhouette of the foreground and give it a little charecter. Welcome to usefilm.
