Hello Serhan,
This is a splendid photograph that you've decided to share with us. I love the photo for its directness, simplicity and emotive value. The colors are a tiny bit muted (more than likely due to the fact that the original was shot on conventional film, then scanned), but are a nice contrast to the overall gray appearance of this cemetery in Moscow. I really like the flowers in the man's hand and the fact that you chose to take this photo in winter. If I may, please take a look at this nice image with a tighter crop overall. All the best to you. Awesome photograph Serhan. I really like the depth, movement and compostition you have created. The archways in front of the train are really effective and interesting. Depending on what your focus is, the man in the foreground is quite distracting from the most interesting part of the photograph, which, to me, is the train station and train itself. Overall though, i like the effect and mood you have created with this photograph.

Bravo. I like the idea but Mayakovskiy station was under construction when you took the picture (you can see on the back scene thefence from aluminium). If I were you I would have taken another station in Moscow subway. Thanks God there are many splendid and unique stations. Thanks for sharing. Best wishes. Vladimir

Really this is NOT Novodevichy monastery. This cemetery was established after 1917 and only have one common wall with Novodevichy monastery itself.
But shot is very nice...
