great portrait - I really love her expression and the pursing of the lips combined with the general shape of her head really pull together the compositional quality of the piece. Nice texture in the ribbon, and strands of hair across her forehead. Were you using a lens mounted ring light?

wonderful b&w floral..the reflections on the stem r great..the cropping is well ba..great balanced...the lighting on the tip of the petal gives a contrast and adds to the mood.... good work

My favourite flower, the most photogenic one!
Classical composition, nice light although a little bit over exposed photo (petal).
The stalk looks beautiful in this light, so I would "highlight" it by cropping.
