Interesting and thought provoking. Good journalism usually is.

hi,good journalism shot and strong message!...too bad that "some people" just don't "get it"!...but those people are usually more often than not, very sanctimonious right wingers without a clue!..regards,gayle

There's a case of serious self-deprecation.

Great capture, I find it kind of ironic and slightly humourous even though it was not meant to be. The black & white adds to the gritty journalist feel.

Thanks

I enjoy glimpsing at this photograph simply because the black and white effects truly show off the true potential. Fantastic work!

Excellent street shot and love the setting you chose. It's too bad you didn't use a Grad ND filter, as the sky is overexposed and alittle distracting. Keep up the good work.

Dk, I did not get any grants yet unfortunately. However, I think that there are lots available for college students. Also he should probably enter one of the thousands of art contests theres a list online called the Artists Deadline directory. It has a listing of lots of contests going on nationwide. Those usually give quite a bit of money. Nice picture by the way!
