This picture is amazing. The sky, all the dark lines, the lonely train...

Interesting approach. I like the resulting colors and atmosphere. In some area's the effect is a little too strong. My approach would be to duplicate the original image to a new layer, apply the edges filter to the duplicate and select an opacity less than 100%.

Nice idea that seems well composed and colorful. I would try pretty much the same approch and do a new image if you still have the original shot. I would use the fade tool in conjuction with the filters. Just tone it down a notch or two. Good shot and well done, Congrats!

Very nice work. I could tell right from the thumbnail. Nice lines & composition. There are some minor flaws (mainly removing the hair, dust etc. from the scan). But overall a nice scene captured that really captures a feeling.
Cheers, Chris

Indeed very bright neon lights and vivid colors in a very modern composition which concentrates at exactly the part of interest, cutting out anything superfluous. Perhaps it could have been good to include the whole name of the "Sky Master" in the photo? I don't really know, as I have the feeling that the composition would also include much of the uniteresting partsof the scene!
Very nice work, Kathleen! Keep it up!

A very atmospheric image, especially with those warm redish colors everywhere! Especially the clouds have much of an oil painting. The composition with the half of the building and the people in the distance gives it a feeling of "the echo beach" somewhere far away from the crowded shores.
Best wishes,
Nick
