It's a shame how we take technology to a place of peace and listen to music blasting in our ears vs listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves crashing below.
We see things in images after we take them. If I had taken this shot I probably would have composed it the same exact way. But since this is a critique I think it would have look better if the subject was to the left of the image more and we saw the peace and tranquility of the landscape ahead of her more.

that purple is amazing. actually, all the colors look excellent here. i do believe that a shot without the taxi or with the taxi going through (green light) would have looked a bit better.
ugh... im such a critic... i could probably never achieve this...
btw what was your shutter speed?
