Interesting Dmitry....well done.I would have (IMOP) just moved the block more up towards the top right corner, making the lady looking more into the open space.

What texture. You can only get this with film. Keep it up. Plus nice use of the rule of thirds.

I appreciate the rawness of this photograph... around 12 years ago a photographer called Richard Billingham published a book called 'Ray's A Laugh' in which he photographed his home and parents. It was really frank and honest, with no frills. It was real. Your photo reminds me of that book...

I like the hand on the shoulder: without it, this could be a picture of an old lady dreading what's to come. With it, while she may not like the future, sha has the support of others to help her.
