he seems to be a good model with very interesting face, but you have killed the photo with bad lighting from flash. Try to arrange more interesting environment and better, nonfrontal light.

a bit to much contrast - no details in shadows and in highlights. Maybe you should have processed the film in lower temperature?

I wonder if it's not a photomontage... espacially cap's tags are fading in a very photoshop-like way. And the difference in lighting - hard light on face and soft on landscape. Why did you do this?

there was no motion blur on the film - i think it was made in an image manipultion program. Just take a look at clouds behind one of the birds' wing - they are still. Therefore, I won't rate it as high as I would if it was just shot like it looks here. 4.

hi, very nice composition and ghost effect. Surprising how relatively small the grain is on medium format  I have just bought pentacon six, now it's in testing phase, photos soon! Cheers.

flat, burnt by flash, wierd focus point. And the short focal length makes an uninteresting perspective - we see only eye, which is blured, and nothing else.

skin looks very unnatural, like rubber. You have exagerated with softening, what's more it is done unprecisely (grain around eye, eyebrow and on the edge of clothes). Strong sides are good lighting and exposure and sharpness. Cheers, Mateusz

No, i don't consider it cheating. Manipulating an image before achieving final effect has always been a part of photography, but here the final effect is poor due to a bad masking and feathering. You should put some more job into this photo and it will be very good.
