Hello Jan, thank you for your comment. The place in the river is naturally beautiful! I only went to meet him :-)
And above all, I have not been afraid to wet my shoes.

Hello Mary.
Thank you for your comment! It's quite right.
The place was so beautiful, without a line by man ...
Finally, that day, we left the mountain in peace.

Each person has a different look. Then just the technical side that we can discuss.
Personally, I may have led some shadows on the monk.
That's it!

Hi Stan,
Thank you for your comment! Here in Switzerland, in the Vaud Alps, lots of snow just before Christmas! And after! We're lucky.
Much better than last year.
Frankly, there are few days per season, to make such beautiful pictures.
Best regards.

Hi Anne,
Thank you for your comment. I live in the mountains. Some of my friends are farmers. It's very difficult for them in our country. I have great respect for this trade. And for those people who are close to the earth, animals, and especially that give us to eat!
Best regards.
I made this photo last night. The magic of digital and internet!

Thank's for your comment Harry. Realy there is a dominant feature of blue. However, in shade, snow reflects the light of the sky. Therefore the blue.
I undoubtedly forced too much on levels, what augmented saturation. The original file is less coloured than reduced version that I posted to "usefilm"
Best regards.
