Hi all. Thank you for the very encouraging comments.
For this photo, I set up the single tulip next to the window. A home made reflector is placed behind the flower to reflect some light back onto it. Because of the reflector, you could see an inverted image of the tulip in the water drop.
Thank you again!

Hi all! I'm glad I found this site. The atmosphere is very friendly and definitely ideal for sharing photographs.
My only worry is that the standards of the photographs shown here are quite high and I hope I don't embarrass myself too much. :P

Hi all. The white spots are from the flash. I'm still not too familiar with using flash. I'll try again. Thanks for the comments!
Hi Vlad, the slices were placed on a light panel. Ate the kiwi after shooting them. *grin*

Hi Sai. It seems my flash intro page isn't working properly. So sorry about that. Here's the direct URL http://homex.coolconnect.com/user/Meow/Index.html

Hi Lalitha. Well I remembered f5.6, the shutter speed should be in between 6" to 10". I shot quite a number of frames on this tulip and my notes were a bit mixed up. The light through the window was rather dim. And I used a piece of aluminium foil as a reflector.

Thank you for the very encouraging comments. Hi Debbi, if I remember correctly, it's f5.6 and 10".
