your shot is great indeed,
but I wish to know how did you adjust the light and the effect of her jumping. because I know it is not a simple work on the computer.

oh my...
this could have been a normal shot
but you my dear Marina
have your unique style

the blur in the the margins of the photo
show that it is a dream or memory
and dreams and memories are always sweet
and to some extent
photography is the window in which reality turnes to dreams and dreams turn to reality

well, the angle shows that you Marina have affection for that kid
for just watching him be
and that-I think-is the reason you took this shot-to watch him be all the time

so peaceful and so still
the bliss of time :
these are more than compliments
for these is what you feel

my dear Marina, only a poet is able to turn dreams and memories to reality, and reality to dreams and memories.

and this shot is a sweet memory, a beautiful dream not a grim reality

but as well it happened

oh my my....
I do believe that everybody has a different perspective
but in poetry that shouldn't be

perhaps if I explain

as the song says
"It’s not easy to be this complicated
Cause I lose my way"
so She(Cady Groves) is running away from a Complicated life that She cannot follow a straight path,
so as I walked in the white-sanded beaches of Pensacola
I remembered the song
Pensacola's sand is so white as snow, indeed
and light color represents to wish or to desire
and the the barely golden shade of the sand
just gave my shot a attractive point of view

Dreams and wishes are represented by a bloom characteristic
but "to want" is a reality

in Cady Groves' song I found 3 climaxes

"cause I wanna be a pirate,"
when She sings that phrase, a feeling of the unkown is shown,
"that’s one thing I’ve decided"
here, She wishes and desires
with all her might
in my shot that is represented as the first footstep
"it’s the only thing that could ever intrigue me"
She expresses that being a Pirate will be a bliss, something beautiful, and peaceful and still,
that is the second footstep in my shot.
the reason why I didn't place another footstep for the first climax was that
the first climax represented the unkown
so Pensacola's white sand inwhole represents the unkown

my... the reason of the footsteps is that I made Cady Groves the Protagonist of my shot
so as She walked through the sand, She sang "The Life of a Pirate"
sand represents a desire, something good for the feet; not like soil or mud that only represents grim facts

the footstep are different in contrast since
the latter climaxes are different feelings

the half footstep in the top part of my shot
represents the other part of the song's chorus

in reality, Cady Groves doesn't wants to be a thief or criminal as a Pirate
but just a girl who can do whatever without damaging any other person

and she can only do what she wants in the sand.
making her own path, without anyone that she will harm by doing a wrong decision.

sand will never be complicated
and is fun to be in
sand is guided by the wind and water
and by the poeple that desires it
and I feel that is "The Life of a Pirate"

Poetry has to go to the heart, since it comes from the heart

poetry is a feeling that the poet expresses and the listener feels

and unless you had met Cady Groves or you are a friend of hers
and she had already explain to you what the song feels like

you have no right to tell me what I must feel

I like this composition
my my... how do I explain it?..
well...
I like when we photographers take the art of photography and turn it to literature
I mean: when we use a protagonist, antagonist, and scenery, and theme, and plot.
here the protagonist is the inteligent sunflower while the sun is the antagonist
the way you gave personification to the inteligent one is very original
well then the scenery is that sunflowers follow the sun
and finally, the theme is rebelion
and the plot is going against the current of nature

I really enjoy this shot
it's just like a breath of bliss
though I would have focused more in the eyes of the model
to portrait more emotion more art
but anyway I really like your style and the way you took the picture of "Little Charlie" is extraordinary
it portrait innocence, beauty, surprise, amusement, the hand holding his foot shows a feeling of protection from the unknwon, his interesting position denotes his curiosity( I think he is following your camera),and more confusion than any other feeling but I love it!
I hope to see more shots of this spectacular model

I consider lilies the most beautiful flowers in this world.
Although I specialize in roses; anyway
Roses and lilies are almost the same.
if you plant a rose seed, it will last 2 years for it to start sprouting.
and lilies will last 2-3 years for them to bloom for only 24 hours.

I love liles becuase when you see that there is growing a flower, you wait days after days just to see it bloom, just to enjoy it once. but when it finally blooms you forget about everthing and just want to obseved it till it closes.

I like your photo because it captures the escence of the Lily. it makes me want to see it all day long.

It's just beautiful
it's just beautiful.....

Sometimes we photographers think that animals can express luv
but in reality they just merely imitate luv
meanwhile they remind us of how we should luv

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Interesting work of art
I can see the lots of feelings in this photo
like the hand in the hip tells how confident she is
while the other hand in the knee just emphasizes it more
but the way she is sitting and her eyes just tells that she is not confident because she is a mean girl but because she is humble
from this picture I see how friendly and nice she is
but the little smile is one thing which I can't undestand
anyway
your photos are lovely and exquisite to my eyes
Marina
Merry Christmas Merry Christmas
hope that this Riny Koopman will not harrass you anymore
I am surely take a stand against that person
I will surely protect these lovely pictures from him
