Thanks for the comments everyone! Kevin, totally agree with the crop. In fact it's funny you mentioned it because I cropped and printed it yesterday almost exactly like you have shown here, just didn't update the file I uploaded. I also cloned out the shadow in the lower left (which was me, couldn't get out of my own way.)

I like the contrast here of the sharp white against the green blur. This shot certainly does speak of Spring coming.

I really like the feel of this one. Very striking eyes, but I also like the shape of the lips and would almost have liked just a touch of color in them as well. Not as much as in the eyes, but just a touch.

Love the expression. A real nice candid. Very natural, comfortable. Light is a little harsh on her left cheek and the grate to her left is bit distracting, but when you are taking candids I know there is not a lot you can about these types of things. Overall a very good capture, I've always been one to love the candid kids shots.
