Very nice fade of color in the sky down to the very low horizon. It is very calming. I have been exploring this style in my own work. You have done a very nice job here. Bellissima.

Very nicely done. Fantastic pan with motion blur of the birds. This must have been difficult to pull off.

I think this would look great with about 25% of both the right and left sides cropped out. the vanishing point of the clouds and jetty would nicely balance the building.

Nice horizontal composition. I am always worried about cropping pictures in this fashion, but you have done a nice job at it. I also like the simplicity of the picture, include the nearly monochromatic color scheme.

I like the way the pattens in the sky mimic the patterns in the sand.

The processing makes the photo look like an illustration in a book of nursery rhymes that I own. This seems fitting, as this house surely belongs in a nursery rhyme.

Nicely composed and coloration of the sky.

Nicely done, Peter. The banding in the sky, the opposite placement of subject and the brightest part of sky, and the reduction of elements are all nice features of this photograph.

Very engaging image, and well deserved award. This is a great example of how photography can be used to create wonderful abstracts. I would prefer that the title didn't give away the subject; I would like to contemplate it longer, w/o knowning what it is.
