Thanks John. I used ISO 200 in TIFF mode. Weather was cloudy & rainy. I Think, noise is mainly result of high compression ratio and min. depth of field of 500 mm telehoto lens. Regards, Alptekin.

Thanks Roy, I love Velvia for its sharpness (small grain size)and rich colour rendition which make your "wildlife" picture outstanding if you are lucky to have enough light, because as you can imagine, using a ISO 50 slide mostly gives horrible shutter speeds for my Nikon 500 mm/f4. So, in such conditions, Provia (ISO 100) was an alternative which was not preferred so much. Now, I got new Velvia giving ISO 100 and I am looking forward to my next trip.
