I do prefer this crop with some hesitation. I would crop a bit off of the top. It is just unneccesary heavy dark space to me. A bit less on the right and you've got it about right. Good shot

Very nice shot. I like how you put the window on the right, its very typically composed on the left. However, I don't get the feeling that you were perfectly perpendicular to this building.. the lines of the boards are slanting (Especially on the top). This is this shots downfall, and what makes it ordinary in comparision to similar shots. Get up on a ladder and be perfectly square to the wall and this will be quite a nice shot.
