Beautiful shot; the neon signs stand out from the darkness, with good color, and good composition; the lights are not too bright nor too far away.
Also, the natural leading lines, starting from the lower left, leading into the picture, are very well done.

thanks dave - truthfully not sure - it's a stationwagon painted to look like the ghostbusters car out at Six Pines Farm on the edge of the city (if you haven't gone and you have any children you could take it's a blast) so if that's a 57 caddy then yes it is Thanks again.
