At work sometimes, I use a table and a shutter release cable in place of a tripod. Any flat, stable surface will work. Using the cable ensures that I don't nudge the camera when I release the shutter. Does your camera have a place to screw in a shutter release cable?

It's in Springdale, off Rt. 4. The road connects Rt. 4 to 747, just south of here. There are a bunch of old houses like this. I'll take you there.

Something about this one really draws me in. Might be the surreal effect of the clouds. Almost didn't comment because I didn't know what to say, but I looked so long, I just had to say something. Definitely a dreamscape.

Extremely well done. The lighting really adds to the impact. I'm inspired to go home and annoy my black cat.

Fabrice, this is my hometown, Maysville, Kentucky, on the south side of the bridge, Aberdeen, Ohio is on the north side of the bridge. This is the Simon Kenton Memorial bridge, it was the prototype for the Golden Gate in San Francisco, California. I was up on a hill overlooking the Ohio River Valley. Don't know if you looked at all of my images, but this is one of my favorite subjects. Thanks for looking.
