Perfect photo for this effect, Lori. CS Filter Gallery I am guessing.
I have been experimenting with painterly effects and it is nice to see that this works really well.

This intriguing image is not only fascinating, but quite beautiful in composition. The cameo effect created by your black background was just perfectly placed.

Interesting, a butterfly in earth tones. Great job of getting in there and getting the close-up. Great details in this, I love the red mixed in, too. Picture perfect or perfect picture, Lori.

Is very nice the way the texture.
The diagonals are nice to the eye.
Question: Is there a why you left an open are on the left top?
You capture a ver nice and delicate aspect of nature, and also a hard one to capture, need lots of patience. I like it, Good job!
