That's Magpie Robin, i don't know the marathi name but this bird has beautiful singing/whistling pattern,specially in summer when looking for the partner. Try to get more details Rajendra.

very well taken, if you could have avoided the wire poll at the bottom center of the image I guess the image would have been better to make viewer think about glass building as the title suggest.
