I love the composition, but wish the lighting was not so contrasty. Looks like midday light, could you shoot in this in the late morning/afternoon?

Welcome to Usefilm Kelly. I like the swing very much. The branch in the upper left distracts IMO. I really love you you filled your upper right corner with the line of the clouds, which draws you in nicely.

I wouldn't crop the branch, but rather recompose the scene to not have the branch included in the image.

I bet the rock bands in your area love you. If I were in a rock band, this is the kind of setting I'd want to be in. Hard, graffti, trashy, and dirty. Well done. Love the light coming through the windows.

Nice depth Pierre. Color looks a bit flat, could be the light or film choice. What film did you use?

Great framing and color. You want at the right time of year. With every waterfall named, "bridal veil", where was this taken?

Mord, this is a very interesting photo. I enjoy infra-red and especailly when it has been done so well. I wonder how this would look without the tree/leaves in the left of your frame. I would like to see the flow of the clouds and the river mirror each other throughout the photo. The person works very well in this shot. Well done.

Again your timing with these horses is stellar. Excellent balance in their positions. I don't mind the blue, it is certainly different.

Love the positioning of the horses. The foreground grass has pleasant color as well as the rest of the tones in your photo. Looks soft on my monitor, probably the scan.

Nice flow with the water. You could have a stronger composition. It looks like you have another part of the falls through the trees?!? If so, I bet it could look quite nice with the water in the foreground and the falls through the trees in the background.

It is a nice idea. I would tighten up your framing, so you still have the texture of the cabin wall, yet can identify the tree better in the frame.

Freedom is another word that describes this picture for me. Agree with Al on the dodging of the face. Nicely captured.

I agree with the above. You are certainly getting better, keep it up. Believe me, it takes time. Look at Artie's and Alex's posts of people and study what they're seeing. You should be able to learn a lot from these pros.

Cool idea. Next time move your sister to the left so she doesn't blend with the building. Get her in focus too.

White sky and deep shadows do not help this shot. Composition needs work. Wait for the right light maybe some clouds to add texture to the background. Foreground light on the church and look for different angles.

I agree with Artie. The willow is a good choice for infrared film. Composition could be stronger though.

I agree with Chris, it is a nice merge. My old stomping grounds, looks like you got this one from West Seattle. It would be stronger if you had the image with a bit more height. I'd like to see more sky and the builing not cut off the top. Probably a fun shot to try at twilight.
