Hi Todd,
Excellent shot! I've been to several air shows and I KNOW how it feels seeing these daredevils through the viewfinder! You've got a pair of steady hands, my friend.
May I keep a copy of this shot for my collection? I'm still sorting my aircraft photos to upload and I hope it will not be too long before I can share some with you.
Please share more a/c photos with me, ok?
Regards

A great sunset shot. As I study your composition I can see at least three other shots that would be great in their own right. I'd recommend that you shoot this in both horizontal and vertical formats and try some exposure bracketing as well. This one scene would be worth burning through as many a three rolls of film. But you'd have to work fast as the light tends to be gone a lot quicker than one might think. What kind of film did you use for this?

to be honest, i hate that lens. its slow to focus, wide open is f/5.6, and it soft focuses like...well you know. plus i always seem to need at least an extra 100mm of reach. sometimes it does what its supposed to do though. thanks!

Lovely, Todd! Great exposure on the subject but the background is a bit over-exposed. This is very difficult scene contrast to pull off! However, the smile is so engaging, I hardly care! Eb

Nice subject and I like the casual pose, Todd! It is really difficult to avoid blown skin areas when directly in the sun. I presume you used fill flash but I'd move to the shade. Eb
