How fortunate some of us are to see these sights, and even more fortunate are those who have captured them forever on film (or today digital whatever you call it). I love the contrast of the shadows and the red of the mountains. Great Job!

Great shot! A wonderful combination of dramatic lighting and atmoshperic effects. The layering of the mountains adds a good sense of depth. The land seems to stretch on forever. I really like the interplay of light and shadow. Clean composition. Square format works well here. Fortunate? Perhaps. But we all get luck from time to time. Not screwing up is the hard part. You did great here.
