Thanks for all your comments. I too agree that the PL is a bit much. I was down earlier in the afternoon shooting some lakes and left the PL on when we reached this peak. I saw the rock and reached into my pack to grab my camera ... viewing/composing the image via the digital back was useless due to the sun glare so I was unable to see how much of an impact the Circ-PL was having.

Very nice subject and I like the mountains in the backround. THe polarizer is a bit too much in this one for my liking, especially as it's weighted to one side. Otherwise it's a superb shot, well done.

Very nice shot here, colors are good as is the sharpness. I do think the polarizer was a little over done but that is really all I see wrong.
