Thanks Doyle! "Shudder" speed - LOL! I hadn't thought of that. Though I ought to have, given the ambient temperature that day. The UK in early April isn't the warmest of places to be. :)

Thanks Ray! Luckily it was only my feet that got wet - the camera and everything on me from the knees up stayed dry! I think I agree that the colour version is best - the black and white shot is a bit boring.

Hi dear SQirl... I guess some shots are really worth getting wet.. and this one's one of those types of shots for sure.. A great composition here with a real nice shutter speed chosen.. Well done..Keep up the great ideas..

Excellent result despite the soaking my dear SQuirl. Your selected shutter speed was absolutely perfect. The wave smashing into the posts has a most realistic sense of power and movement. East west colour's best:):):) Stunning work.....all the very best....Ray
