no, article 17 of the GDPR  

About: Since this website offers no way to delete a profile and it's contents i will do that manually. The website owner is also unresponsive. If you wanna make a website accessible to european users you should also follow the GDRPR and offer a way to permanently erase a profile and all it's associated data.
