About: I am a high school drama & Spanish teacher who has always taken photos casually ( more seriously in college when I took photojournalism). However , recently I have had a huge desire to increase my skills and convey more with my pictures than the usual snapshot. I especially enjoy taking shots of people & have been considering wedding photography or stock photos when my skills match my desire! Other ideas are combining my photos with some children's stories & poetry that I have in mind. I'm using a Pentax K1000 now, but have just gotten a Minolta 800si with a Minolta 35-70mm /1:4 & a Sigma 70-210mm/4-5.6. Hopefully this website will be a great place to grow & learn from/with others. Very excited about what I've seen so far!
