About: I am geophysicist by profession (hunt for oil). From Islamabad, Pakistan. I took my fist snap when I was 9 year old from one of my uncle's camera (Olympus) and fell in love with photography immediately. Went digital with a sony about 8 years ago and since then have evolved into a hobbyist Digital SLR photographer. Gear (only that I find worth mentioning): Canon 20D, Canon 17-85 IS 4-5.6,Canon 70-300 3.5-5.6, Tamron 28-300 3.5-6, Sigma 50mm macro 1:1, Canon
28-200 3.5-5.6, Tamron 2X converter.

GOT Canon 20D on 15th of October 2005 plus 17-85 IS USM
Bought 70-200 f/4 L USM and think this is my best investment todate in photography.
