About: I started with photography in 1983. But it wasn't until 1996 that I decided I wanted more than just compliments from friends and family. So I took a course in B&W. Unfortunately this didn't work out the way I had hoped. I found that B&W wasn't as easy as I thought, but above all I wasn't inspired by the teacher. He was a dull old man without a vision (or mission for that matter). The next few years I was completely uninspired. And it is only since 2001 that I am fully focused on photography again. Before, my subjects were mainly landscapes, nature and birds, now I'm experimenting with all kinds of subjects.
