you can also copy part big section of sand and just paste it ontop of the boat. It is usually faster.

Thank you.... I am using the lastest version of Photoshop which is CS2... I very simply just cloned the sand over the boat in the foreground.. The only problem with cloning is that you have to be careful not to make a repetative pattern.. Sand is very easy.. Infact on the photo you commented on I cloned and patched to get rid of a lady in the background. I think a tighter crop at the bottom would have made the image perfect now.. Ronan it was a great capture and that's what you need to even start to "photoshop" it!

The nice blue with with the interesting cloud formation realy make the boats stand out. It is to bad for the boat the the botto of the pictures, seem out of place. Keep up the good work.

Nice color,detail and the clouds in the BG really set this one off. Just the boat in the FG that distrupts the composition.
