I must confess relative ignorance on the topic of light painting. I've seen it mentioned several times in various posts, but I am unsure what it is or how/why it is used. What is light painting? I do like this image a lot. It truely is a comercial grade. Well done!

The results were magneficent ti a way I couldn`t expect..
After though I used it several times..
It gives a mysterous, romantic effect to the photo

Although I don`t agree with you..
Photography is like the ocean.. Soo wide and deep.. contains lots of things and when you think that yousaw everything there.. You`ll find something new..
You should try everything and taste everything.. you may find yourself in the new subject and open a new field in your photography world..

Shereefa, this is a great light painting, strong composition,I would have to move the bulb sightly further away from centre of the frame but I love the graduated light and the overall exposure, good work, cheers, david.
