An interesting scene. The subtle pastel coloring of the sky is nice.

I personally find the road and telephone poles to be a distraction.

I think you're right on with the exposure.

Perhaps putting the camera on a lower angle to the ground would help to improve the sense of depth in the scene.

Also, when composing, you would usually try to not have any elements half cut-off in the frame, such as the greener piece of grass on the bottom of the frame, or the half of the red tree to the right hand side.
