Thanks for the nice comments, Ina. What struck me when I looked up at the glass was how difficult it is to tell the difference between the 'real' and the 'reflected'.

Will be in touch - Len

Hi Len, I find this image excellent and quite pleasant to view. There is a view of the structure, with clear architectural lines, and a reflection which looks a bit complicated, with the added unusual form of that curvy sculpture, or plant-like structure in the lower L/H corner. There is a lot for the eye to wonder about, and for the mind to find the viewer's location in the space, to make sense of it all. It's complex, but not confusing. I like it a lot!

Hi, Rashed!

As long as you weren't driving, I suppose it didn't matter too much whether you could find your way through Spaghetti Junction!

Thanks for commenting. The Bull Ring has probably changed a lot since you were in Brum - unless it was within the last two years.

Keep in touch.

Best wishes, Len.

Oh, dear, Margaret! Such philosophical questioning on a chilly, windy day...

Thanks for commenting, Colin. You needed to stop off rather than just go through on the train...

Unsure if I really have 'a love' of steel and glass - I suspect I feel alienated by it - but I do like the (symbolic?) distortions you find in reflections from the surfaces.

Stay cheerful!

Len

I have only passed through Brumland in the train (as a geordie, I felt I should keep going!!) but I got the impression of lots of dischordant steel and glass - just like your latest series has shown.

Not quite the panache of la Defense, in Paris. You must go there Len, You'd be in heaven - with your love of glass and steel architecture and unusual perspectives.

Colin
