What made me take this picture? Well, Mel and I went to Anjuna Beach during our honeymoon. Loads of humidity in the air and a scorching sun, made Mel slouch in a way that is typically her. That was the first thing. Secondly, she had just purchased a kind of sling bag that rested lazily on her left shoulder, running across her side. The bag added loads of colour to the blue jeans she was wearing, which held up well against the dull brown of the wet sand. She didn't know I had shot the image until I slid the negative into the viewbox for her to see. Else, she may have been conscious throughout the day, ruining her fascinating self. Love her every way!!!
