Although not technically brilliant as pointed out above, I believe it adds to the architect's 'work'. The angled horizon creates an uneven feel to the building, balancing the fallen portion of it on the right. However, it could have been a bit clearer to include more detail - love the title though!

Interesting perspective. The picture is very grainy and the horizon isn't straight, though not much in the shot is. Creative title.
