Very natural and strong snap and specially if it is on the move.. think the degree on blurrness should be ignored in comparison of the totality of the image..

Very nice. The face and eyes are sharp, as they should be. The blur of the hands/arms show motion. Effectively cropped.

Expressive. It's a bit blurry, though. But I can relate. Often get blury images in shooting street photography.
