I see your new love has shown up? How do you like it so far? email me if you have any questions, since mine is the same as yours...
Stick that puppy on manual mode like I leave mine in then on a macro you might want to manual focus as well. I do love all the bells and whistles, but I still think that we humans can take better pictures than computer chips can...
Yesterday when shooting myself I forgot to manually set the WB and I used tungsten lighting. They all came out yellow, which the auto WB should have compensated for, but didn't... Just like using outdoor film indoors... Computers? Ahhhh! Oh well, thats what PS is for I guess?

Hi Tracey, I wouldn't use the "flower" mode. Try to use the regular modes: aperture, shutter, P - mine (300D) is set to a single center focus point, and it works better for macros, you are more in control. Manual focus is THE best.
