About I probably should have used F/16, but only found out after that the DOF wasn't quite what I wanted it to be...

Thanks, Markus. I guess I was influenced into believing that it was too little DOF from someone else who commented elsewhere to this forum. Your comment just proves how subjective a photo can be...

I had a polarizer on and it was very dark and shady, so the combination with F/8 meant that 15 seconds was necessary...

Why not, Bryan. The little blurriness gives it a mysterious mood. I like it, but I wonder what filters you used with 15s and F/8. Should normally be completely blown out.

Regards, Markus

Impressive shot Bryan, at first glance of the thumbnail I couldn't work out what this could be at all, and under closer inspection I find that it could be a massive group of boulders or a small group of rocks surrounding a small stream, excellent perspective, leaves quite a lot to the imagination and beautiful grean mossy colours.

If that pool were big enough i'd take a dip in it! Congrats.
