Very spooky.. The lights look really clean. Not alot of burn out... Did you use a filter to get the street lights to show up like stars?

The idea is so nice,
capturing in long exposure mood just with a simply camera like "zenit 212" is adorable.
the mood and atmosphere has craeted mysterious that's helpful to share the feeling of night.
but the board in right side is realy distracting the eye ( you could hide it with your composition Or in PS )
also using higher angle against the characetr may cause a better result ( with less foreground and more cityscape in background)
there are some harsh points (of scanner) that distract the viewer...
anyway...good experience and very well start in the site.
