Sorry for not writing earlier... Too much work... Answering you question: I sign my pictures using Photo Shop... But on almost every photo software you can do it... Seach for the text tool... and drag it to where you want to sign... Change the letter type to any one you like and presto...

To add de copyright character... I changed my keyboard to use US Internationtional (You can do this in the control panel)... When you change it if you press the + C, you will write the copyright character... Hope this helps you my dear friend...
