OK, so Elena is a bit underexposed and perhaps a bit oversharpened. God use of DoF and interesting backdrop help save pic. Posture conveys feeling of stiffness and age.

100-400 lens could have used a bit more shutter speed and opening the shutter up ould only have enhanced the DoF effect.
