About "What would Kevin Do?"
I saw the textures highlighted by the late afternoon light, and grabbed it, but I want to know what, if anything, kevin collier would do with this full frame shot? ;)
Thanks for your suggestions, even if you're NOT Kevin.

Yeah, that's what I wanted to know, Kevin.
Thanks for your advice.
I realize that for ANY of us, photography is absolutely subjective, and there's an infinite number of ways to approach any subject.
I just admire your work, and wanted to get in your head for a moment to prepare myself for my next walk.
Thanks; I'll get out now. ;)

...this is what i think I would have done...this is not to say my version would be better than this - I do shoot lots of junk that never sees the light of day...here goes - I would have shat a more staight on version to square up the wall - I would have left a bnad of blue at the top to offset the jumble of yellow at the bottom - the center of course would have to be that cool mark on the wall and that shadow sneaking up on the left...my take ...K

What I notice Kevin does a lot is he shoots his walls etc. straight on so his image almost looks like a modern art piece taking advantage of strong horizontal and vertical lines. He gets in quite tight alot of times also (can't think of anything else, worrying about New Orleans too much - serious, no joke. One of my top fav US cities. Hope the worst doesn't happen, damn) Mark

I like that shape floating in the middle of the smooth wall, just like the clouds in the sky.
