Hello Jose,
I think here it will be better to take the picture standing between and in front of the two windows to avoid tilted lines of the balcony and its iron parts.
it is preferable to crop the half objects as a half window (at the left)and a half signboard (at the bottom).
neverthless the architecture is very nice.

Me impresiona la similaridad con el viejo San Juan, aunque aquí se reglamenta un tanto mas el aspecto exterior de las fachadas. En esta me llama la atención la ropa tendida al aire libre (muy económico), lo ecléctico de ese aire acondicionado junto al conjunto de detalles arquitectónicos, y la escalera y su sombra. disturbing picture! the decadence of the building contrasts so impressively with the gorgeous qualities of the composition that that made me loosing the sense of what is beautiful and what is ugly! the medieval scholastics used to say that the uglyness artisticly rendered becomes beauty! who can understand that paradox????
