Thanks for your comments and I really love your modification of my photos. What a pitty that I'm a Photoshop idiot...I don't know how to modify my picture with photoshop.
In fact, the white dots were not caused by my lens. They were caused by Kodak Express shop. I'm very upset when I receive the print and they just say sorry to me......
I've another wonderful picture and it's full of scratches on the film. I post it here. You can see.

Hi Kai, i really like the solitary person in this photo. Of course the lens is dirty, but that added to the effect for me. I thought it might look good in B&W so i did one for you. I removed the noise in NeatImage and used the healing brush to get rid of most of it, but then i found the image so sterile so i added some back again :), converted it to B&W. Hope you don't mind. I like your image.
